Who We Work With

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the team we recognise that many small organisations want the professional service of large agencies but at a reasonable rates. Saje Impact offers the perfect solution as our collaborative network and low overheads allow us to provide real value to our clients. By working with a wide range of partners who are all leaders in their own field we feel that we have created something special. We want those in the charity, foundation and faith sectors to get the same services as the larger bodies.

We’ve chosen our partners carefully and in line with our ethos of working with people who we know and trust. We understand that in the complex world of sport and business there are rarely any service providers who can satisfy all of your needs and that finding the right combination of partners can also be difficult. This is where we can help. We will bring together the best combination of skills based on your needs and use our network to deliver a cost effective solution.

Policy and Politics -

View from the Margin Blog from Andy Reed

I maintain a personal Blog about politics in the UK - with a specific perspective as a former MP for a marginal ‘Middle England’ seat in the Midlands. I was the MP for my home town of Loughborough for 13 years and have been involved in front line politics for over 25 years. I have now ‘retired’ to blog from the sideline - hence Views from the Margin.

You can find it on Substack and can sign up as a Subscriber View from the Margin Substack

Who had the worst political week?

It was supposed to be Labour’s worst week - but the By-election victories point to a Tory meltdown at the General Election. So where do we go from here until October?

Climate, Sport, Stormont and Ego

In a busy week for my sport policy work I was reminded how insignificant my battles with people, their egos and logos were in comparison to Northern Ireland!

Governing is Hard. Is our politics set up to deliver or fail?

Scandals, Broken Britain and a sense of despair in politics hovers over the coming election when this despair will be weaponised.

An uplifting or depressing year ahead? Hopeful or fearful?

It is fashionable to criticise politics. But we must speak up and save it from those who benefit from the chaos. I feel gloomy but need hope to carry on believing things can be better.

New year - new start?

Never one for making great predictions I sense this year will see massive changes in political leadership.

What a month... I'll be back in full swing after Christmas.

December has been a rollercoaster of personal loss and national political psychodrama in the Tory Party. But 2024 might be even crazier.

A week is a long time in politics... and life.

What a week to be away again. Braverman gone, Cameron back and Small Boats chaos, but I'm still reflecting on home life and meaning.

Rishi Running Out of Time and Just how Bad are our future prospects?

As I have written many times before it is obvious Starmer has a clear strategy. It goes back to our days of Remind, Reassure and reward. The first two are big ticks. The Tories are finished. The voters are no longer worried about Labour but the ‘reward’ for voting Labour is still not clear.

Labour in Liverpool and the day a Hamas rocket interrupted our meeting in Gaza

Conferences are irrelevant to the vast majority of people but you can read the mood of politics by their vibe!

Our Charities

Our Charities

 Mesothelioma UK

Our chosen charity is Mesothelioma UK. My father was diagnosed and died within a few months of this terrible asbestos related disease. We offer pro bono public affairs support and will use every opportunity to both raise the issue and vital funds for the charities work.
